Stachybotrys! The instant test has come in very handy the day of the inspection because my recommendations for clean up can get right into the report. Also, if the client wishes, I can take air samples immediately for mold in any room we think may be affected...and, if they come back positive, we have to be sure they come back negative before the new owner moves in!
